Terms and Conditions of Service
Feedback Reports:
Info Number Reports (Boomerang Report), Call Log Report & Script Reports are Faxed/Emailed Thursday & Monday mornings each week. Extranet Access is available at any time.
Cost:
All costs include GST. Only Info Numbers used are invoiced. Invoicing commences from the date requested for first advert.
Invoices:
Faxed/Emailed each Monday with reports or available via the Extranet Access
Statements:
Mailed each month summarising weekly invoices and payments up to the second to last Saturday of each month.
Touch Tone Phones:
It should be noted that this service requires the speed of touch tone dialling phones. Consistent results indicate 99% of callers use a touch tone phone. Where a non touch tone dialling phone is detected, a message is provided to explain how most phones can be switched to tone dialling.
No Advertising Limitations:
Info Numbers can be advertised as many times as you like - all for the same low fixed cost. Once a property message is recorded it will stay allocated to the Info Number until you advise of any changes via the "Boomerang Report" form or via the Extranet Access.
Payment Terms:
Payment terms are 30 days. (Based on an average 30 days from the invoice date) Interest may be charged at twelve (12%) per annum for any amounts outstanding after 30 days.
No Contractual Obligations:
There are no contractual obligations, no capital outlay and no catch. You may cancel at any time.
